CAD Drawing of a Super Ellipse shaped tabletop with the end goal being a version of Eero Saarinen's Iconic 60' Tulip Table (picture of tulip table attached below. As far as I know, Saarinen's table was only fabricated with oval and round tops. The Super Ellipse shape works best in the setting I am designing). The tabletop will be fabricated out of a 1.25" man-made composite, marble-like, material called Silestone. (If it helps you envision the end result, the material is Silestone "Zeus White Extreme" in matte white). The dimensions of the table top should be: 56" long x 36" wide. (and will be attached to a metal pedestal base). The underside of the table top should have a 1.25" bevel from the outer edge of the table top towards the center of the table top.
