Description: Looking for 3D design concept of a small electronic device that will be worn on the neck of a small pet or animal (facing upwards, toward sky). Eventually the chosen design will be adapted to fit electronic components and manufactured. Wants: - Design an enclosure for a small electronic device that will be attached as a collar. - It will need to have a belt loop at either end so the device can be affixed like a collar. -It will need to have a clear plastic top, incorporating a solar cell 60mmx25mm along the face/top of the design - The device should have a decent curvature that can accommodate a variety of neck sizes, however have not too aggressive to make PCB mounting and battery placement difficult
