Today at work I ran into a problem. I needed to deboss a torus shape in solidworks and the wrap feature is not supported on a torus.

Here is the error message if you try to use the wrap feature.

So I figured out a work around I thought I would share.
I'm sure there are many ways you could do this but this seemed to work the best for what I needed.

Select your sketch and do an extruded cut like this.

Go to your surfaces tab and select the delete faces tool and select all the faces created by the extruded cut and hit ok.
You should now have this.

Right Click on one of the holes edges and select open loop.
Then on the surfaces tab select ruled surface set normal to surface and the depth.
In this case I am debossing so I set the direction to point inward set the depth to 0.125 and hit ok.
You should have something like this.

Right click on one of the edges around the bottom of the hole and select open loop.
On the surfaces tab select fill surface and set the parameters to contact and merge result and hit ok.

Now on the surfaces tab select knit surface and select the two surfaces and set the parameters to try to form solid and merge entities and uncheck gap control and hit ok.
Like this.

Now you can fillet the edges or whatever you want with your new solid.
I hope this helps others that run into this problem.
Here is my final result.
