HowieTronics OHL20170404D.STEP is for an LED light fixture, and it mounts on a 0.375" brass tube. It will be used for lighting up a 3-1/2" x 10" x 3/4" Red Oak display base. The intent is to provide a nice place to display a small piece of art. The unit is powered using a Lithium Polymer battery, and has adjustable brightness, a photo-sensor, and a 3 position mode switch that selects ON-OFF-AUTO lighting modes, all located inside the base. I am having this part printed at Shapeways, and I designed it so that it can be injection molded if it goes into production.
