Hi Jeff, what CAD software was this docking cradle modeled in? After opening your .SAT file in a number of CAD systems, it appears your file is corrupt. Would it be possible for you to export your cradle in another file format (ie. STEP, IGES, STL)?

Jeff, If you would like, we can have a staff member investigate why your model file is not rendering properly and fix it for you. There should be a link below the error message that says "Click Here to give 3DX permission to investigate and fix this error". This will flag a staff member to investigate why your model file is not rendering properly and fix it for you.

The SAT file I uploaded apparently has an error, but this web site's rendering engine doesn't tell me how to fix it. Perhaps I'll upload an STL file. Also, the images I uploaded seem to be too large to properly fit; will have to fix those, too.
