• Improved quality from 90% to 99.96% and on time delivery from 84% to 94.45% on yearly receipts of 56K line items representing 14.5M piece parts at a value of over $41M. This contributed to achieving 40% reduction in inventory on hand. Reduced the number of suppliers from 580 to 260.

• Managed six manufacturing areas. Base machine assembly to wiring of microcomputer boxes.
• Developed a color control program to implement a corporate color change with minimal rework and or scrap cost and no impact on product delivery.
